About Me Agony
Aunt Extraordinaire!
I am a liberated woman, the type of Agony Aunt the industry hasn’t seen for
years. My experience is drawn from my own personal traumas, such as homelessness, school bullying, eating
disorders, a near death experience, living as a single parent and alcohol abuse. I have also spent half
of my life living with domestic violence and now volunteer my time helping other women suffering in a similar way.
My young outlook on life, energy and zest for change has helped me walk through adversity and live
to tell the tale. How many of us can really say that we LOVE life? Not many, because
we are a nation that puts other people’s feelings before our own. I was taught as a Born Again Christian
to be selfless not selfish! Although I continue to be a spiritual woman, I believe that you have to first be selfish before
you can be selfless…well without holding a grudge that is! I have been happily remarried now for over 13 years, which is a mean feet for someone
of my age these days! I have 3 beautiful girls…one of them an adult and help other women walk through their trauma,
realise their full potential, obtaining the life they had only ever dreamt of via my website and personally. Anything is possible,
is my motto. Life can be wonderfully fulfilling, if you know your limits and put down the shackles that is self doubt. My ways can be unconventional,
but they work. I am the living proof that you can live through the most horrid times, come out of them
and make a new life. My website gives you an idea of how I dealt with the agony of life, how I used self therapy to change my mind patterns
and how I tested myself to see if my mind set was renewed.I am life has
already inspired many women. My aim is to reach as many people as I can through the media. Empowering women,
giving teenage girls and other mothers a stable role model – teaching the basics of right and wrong, respect and honour!
The British family has lost its meaning and this need to be restored.
So whether the behavioural issue
is around relationships, bringing up children, domestic violence, self hate, body image, I will have inspiring advice that
will help people move on in their lives.
